GERARD KOOLENGerard Koolen was born in Amsterdam on September 29th 1961 and now lives in Beverwijk. He is the Group Managing Partner of Lugera – The People Republic, which he established in Trencin, Slovakia in 1996. Lugera performs Temporary Staffing, Permanent Staffing and Payroll Outsourcing and operates in Armenia, Croatia, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with 18 offices. JAN BOONJan Boon was born in Beverwijk on June 28th 195, where he currently resides. After his Economic studies, he worked within the corporate sector for some 35 years as an entrepreneur, manager, director and coach. He is the founder of a successful company for project and interim managers, which after a number of years was acquired by a national consultancy firm focused on implementing corporate change. He held the position as Managing Director in this company for several years. He is the author of ‘Waarachtig Leiderschap [True Leadership]’ (Publisher Ten Have, 2009). He currently coaches young entrepreneurs in setting up their own company. |
JAN STAMJan Stam (Dutch) was born in 1959 and graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands, 1986). In 1990 he obtained his chartered accountant degree and in 1993 his chartered financial analysis degree. In 1985 he joined Hoogovens Group (Corus) where he worked for the Internal Auditors Department and the Pension Fund. In 1989 he joined the Amsterdam Stock Exchange (Compliance Department as Deputy Head). In 1997 he joined Oudhof Effecten N.V. (a Dutch broker) as Managing Director. After the acquisition of Oudhof Effecten N.V. in 1998 by Kempen & Co N.V. he was managing director of Kempen Capital Management N.V., where he was responsible for finance, operations and risk management. In 2001 he joined Talpa Capital B.V. In January 2002 he left Talpa to establish Aster-X Capital Management B.V. |
ERIK BAKKERErik Bakker was born in Amsterdam on July 25, 1963 where he still lives . Erik lives with four women , his wife and their three daughters. After studying law and international relations at the University of Amsterdam, he has followed some investment courses at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Since 1990 Erik works for OHV, where he is managing partner. OHV is a wealthmanager and broker for private and institutional clients. Erik is responsible for strategy, finance and trade execution. Erik is a member of various investment committees and columnist at the site of www.dft.nl, Holland’s largest newspaper. |
